1. 7-Day Original Condition Return Guarantee

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date at our local warehouse
2. Open Box & Damaged Item Returns
Open Box Returns:

Opened items returned within 7 days will be inspected.

A full refund will be issued only if the item is in its original, unused condition.

If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, or the return may be refused.
Defective Items:

If you receive an item with a significant manufacturing defect, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and may offer a refund or replacement, if applicable.
Regular Minor Defects:

For our wooden furniture products, it is normal to have small imperfections at the cutting edges. These minor flaws are an inherent part of the wood - manufacturing process and are considered within an acceptable range. Such normal minor defects do not serve as a valid reason for return.
Significant Defects:

If the defects at the cutting edges are excessive and significantly affect the appearance or functionality of the furniture, customers are eligible for a return., please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photos or video if necessary of the defective area to assist us in assessing the situation.
3. Return Eligibility

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Assembled items and clearance items are not eligible for return.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after 7 days from the purchase date.

Returns and refunds are processed Monday to Friday only.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Orders canceled after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.
5. Incorrect Item Orders

In-Store Purchases: Bring the incorrect item and receipt to your local store for an exchange.

Delivered Orders: Contact our after-sales department for assistance with the exchange process.
6. Additional Terms

Slight wear and tear, minor surface chips on wooden panels and heavily used, dirty, stained, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.
