At Pro Lite Warehouse, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 7-Day Original Condition Return Guarantee

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date at our local warehouse

2. Open Box & Damaged Item Returns

Open Box Returns:

  • Opened items returned within 7 days will be inspected.

  • A full refund will be issued only if the item is in its original, unused condition.

  • If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, or the return may be refused.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item with a significant manufacturing defect, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will assess the issue and may offer a refund or replacement, if applicable.

Regular Minor Defects:

  • For our wooden furniture products, it is normal to have small imperfections at the cutting edges. These minor flaws are an inherent part of the wood - manufacturing process and are considered within an acceptable range. Such normal minor defects do not serve as a valid reason for return.

Significant Defects:

  • If the defects at the cutting edges are excessive and significantly affect the appearance or functionality of the furniture, customers are eligible for a return., please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photos or video if necessary of the defective area to assist us in assessing the situation.

3. Return Eligibility

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • Assembled items and clearance items are not eligible for return.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Returns and refunds are processed Monday to Friday only.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.

5. Incorrect Item Orders

  • In-Store Purchases: Bring the incorrect item and receipt to your local store for an exchange.

  • Delivered Orders: Contact our after-sales department for assistance with the exchange process.

6. Additional Terms

  • Slight wear and tear, minor surface chips on wooden panels and heavily used, dirty, stained, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.

  • Pro Lite Warehouse reserves the right to refuse any return if abuse of the return policy is suspected.
